How can I see my tickets?
To view your tickets on the Globaldots Support portal, you must log in to your account.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps:
Click on your Name in the top navigation bar.
Select "My requests" from the dropdown menu.
You will see a list of all your tickets. You can filter this list by selecting different options in the "Views" dropdown menu. For example, you can view only open tickets.
Click on any ticket in the list to view its details, including the ticket number, subject, status, priority, requester, assignee, and any comments or attachments.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a specific ticket by its subject, ticket number, or any other keyword.
